Players participate in the community chat at their own risk.

1. Eligibility & Access

Participants must be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction to participate in the community chat.
Underage users or those attempting to bypass geo-restrictions/age verification are prohibited.

2. Core Conduct Rules

Be respectful and civil: No harassment, bullying, insults, threats, hate speech, discrimination (based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, etc.), or personal attacks. Banter is fine; toxicity is not.
No foul or offensive language: Avoid excessive swearing, obscenities, or attempts to bypass filters. Keep conversations suitable for a mixed adult audience.
No spam or flooding: Do not flood chat with repetitive messages, all-caps shouting, or excessive emojis/links.
No begging, loans, or tips requests: Do not ask for money, chips, rains, tips, or financial help related to gambling.
No advertising, promotion, or commercial activity: No selling chips/services, affiliate links, tipster promotions, rival site plugs, or external product sales.
No scams or malicious behavior: No collusion discussion, cheating tips that violate terms, false information, malware links, or suspicious activity.
Language and topics: Use the designated language of the channel. Avoid politics, religion, or highly polarizing subjects that derail the community. Stay relevant to gaming, sports, or general positive conversation.
No sharing personal information: Do not post or request full names, contact details, socials, payment info, passwords, or other private data of yourself or others.

3. Responsible Gambling Emphasis

Gambling should remain entertainment. Do not encourage chasing losses, excessive play, or treating gambling as income.
Avoid glamorizing heavy losses/wins in ways that pressure others, or sharing specific large win amounts that could trigger others.
Do not pressure anyone to bet more or continue playing.

4. Prohibited Content

Promotion of other gambling operators, instructions to circumvent regulations, or any illegal activity.
Depictions or detailed descriptions of violence against any person or group, or graphic descriptions of gore.
References to sexual acts or any other lewd or explicit content.
Discussions of human deaths, tragedies, accidents, disasters, or self-harm.
Mentions of recreational or illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, cultivation, headshops, or the medicinal use of substances typically used recreationally (e.g. marijuana).
Impersonation of staff, other players, or public figures.
Sharing of codes, bots, scripts, or tools that violate platform terms.
Copyrighted material without permission or pirated content.

5. Enforcement & Reporting

Violations may result in warnings, temporary mutes/bans, permanent chat restrictions, or full account suspension/closure, depending on severity and history.

6. Positive Community Practices

Congratulate wins, share general strategy discussion (without guaranteeing outcomes or promoting cheating), and keep the atmosphere fun and supportive.
Use emojis moderately and appropriately.
Respect dealers/hosts in live games—they are professionals doing their job.
Focus on the games, sports, and shared interests rather than personal drama.
